My favourite song to dance to at the minute. Can’t explain it! Everyone wants to get moving to this though!

Callie is literally the loneliest person on TV right now. *Spoilers*
O’Malley died
Addison left
Mark is dead
and now Arizona has pretty much made it clear she wants nothing else to do with her.
And it’s such a fucking liberty because all Callie has done for anyone ever is try and do her best and they just throw it in her face.
But like, I know she has Sofia but she can’t even go back to her parents because her Mom wants nothing to do with her, so what the fuck is she going to do? It will be her and Sofia in that house.
Callie does not deserve this. I’m sorry but no. And I mean like I know it’s just a TV show, but it literally hit me just how alone she must be right now, and how hurt. I even feel it, I’m even on the brink of tears and I never have this reaction.
Aw damn.
I’m getting a flight to Seattle and I’m just going to go and hold her. -

change your thinking..
Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.
One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs.
His bed was next to the room’s only window.
The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.
The men talked for hours on end.
They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation..
Every afternoon, when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.
The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.
The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake.
Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.
As the man by the window described all this in exquisite details, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine this picturesque scene.
One warm afternoon, the man by the window described a parade passing by.
Although the other man could not hear the band - he could see it in his mind’s eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.
Days, weeks and months passed.
One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep.
She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.
As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.
Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside.
He strained to slowly turn to look out the window besides the bed.
It faced a blank wall.
The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.
The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.
She said, ‘Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you.’(via stashingthroughthesnow)

hidden-feelings-behind-a-mask:
This is 19 year old Marie Fowler. Her cancer just returned, and has been declared terminal. She’s already in Hospice Care. Her final wish is to meet Kellin Quinn from Sleeping With Sirens. Please, make it happen. Spread the word. This girl deserves it.
Look I respect this but there are millions of people out there with cancer who have their final wishes but they wont be able to get them…. Where are there pictures with over a thousand notes?
I understand what you mean. But I don’t have the time or ability to signal boost everyone’s dreams and wishes. You know that story about the boy and the starfish? How he was throwing them back into the ocean, a man told him he wasn’t going to make a difference, and the boy picked up another, threw it into the ocean and said “it made a difference to that one.”? That’s how I’m looking at it. If I can’t make everyone’s lives better, I’m going to try to make at least ONE life better. So I apologize if my making this post was exclusive to all other cancer patients with dreams, but I just can’t help everyone.

Guys, this is my little brother, Reese. He just turned eight last March, and he is in second grade. He had found that he prefers guys to girls. When he told his friends that at recess, they threw rocks at him. Rocks. He came home crying, saying that his friends had called him names like “faggot” and “homo”. Second graders called him these names. I explained to him that it is perfectly okay to be gay, and that I will still love him no matter what. Unfortunately, my parents don’t agree. He’s been set apart from the family and his friends for his sexuality, that he has no control over. I’m not doing this for notes or to gain followers. I’m doing this to show Reese he will be accepted by many people no matter what sexuality he is. Reblog if you support my eight year old brother, no matter his sexuality.
Stick it out little dude. People out there are really cruel but you just gotta fight through it. I can’t believe second graders threw rocks at him…
Reese, you’re a legend. Show them what’s right! :) <3
